All you need to do is add the items you'd like to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout and login if you are an existing customer or fill out your registration details for a new account, confirm shipping address and method of shipping, then choose payment options and then choose "confirm" to process order. If you choose to pay via PayPal you will be taken to the PayPal website to process your order and then returned back to Happy Treasure. We accept Visa & Mastercard credit card payments through eWay; all credit cards and direct bank deposits through Paypal; Money Orders and Direct Bank Deposits for customer's that do not wish to use the other online methods of payment. If paying via Direct Bank Deposits please ensure that you quote your purchase order number as the payment reference so we can track your payment easily.
When do I pay?
When you proceed to checkout in the shopping cart there will be an option to pay with eWay, paypal, bank deposit or money order. If you opt to pay via bank deposit you will receive an email from Happy Treasure advising you of the banking details. We do not ship goods until payment has been received.
How is shipping calculated?
The shipping rate varies dependant upon dimensions, weight of parcel + destination. A $2 handling charge is added to cover packaging materials. All shipping costs are calculated at the checkout so you will know precisely how much the delivery cost will be. If you require your parcel to be insured and sent via registered post, an additional charge of $8.45 will be applied, please add a comment to your order if you would like your items insured so we can arrange this.
Can I post my payment through the mail?
Yes, we accept Money Orders through the mail. Please make money orders out to Happy Treasure. If you choose to pay via mail please indicate on your order and we will send you the mailing address so you can post your money order.
Please print your order and mail it with payment. We will hold the stock for two weeks, if your money order doesn't arrive within this two weeks then your order will be cancelled.

prior to placing your order. We will calculate the cost and arrange to have this added to your order during checkout. **Insurance is highly recommended for high cost items and customers living in Italy** Insurance will cost an additional $8.45.
How do I cancel my order?
We ship orders as soon as we receive payment. So if you decide to cancel your order you need to be quick, if you have already received an order confirmation from Happy Treasure it may be too late to cancel. To cancel an order send an email to

and if we have not shipped your order we will refund you in full in the same method initial payment was made. If your credit card payment has already been processed by eWay then a AUD$1 bank fee will be subtracted from your refund to cover the cost of the bank fees for the original transaction plus the reversal/refund.
When will my order be shipped?
We start processing the order the day we receive payment. Generally it takes within 24 hours once payment is received to ship.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship everywhere. If your country is not included in the drop down list of countries during checkout, please contact us and we will arrange to have this rectified.
How long does shipping internationally normally take?
Air Mail mail can take anywhere from 5-14 business days. If you choose Sea Mail then it can take up to 3 months for your package to arrive. Sometimes larger packages will take longer.
If you require express shipping, please add a comment to your order requesting this and we will arrange express shipping, an email will be sent to you confirming new shipping cost.
What does "check-in my items" mean in the user menu?
It has nothing to do with check-in and out at the counter of a store.
It just means everytime you write or edit feedback, submit links etc, you have to save it or cancel it, otherwise your change won't take effect, and other people cannot edit. So, for example, if you accidentally click on "Back" button, please check-in your items before you log out.
