Trading Terms and Conditions

Product Information:

1. All products listed on Happy Treasure are described to the best of our abilities and the specifications reflect the information that has been provided to us. All care is taken to ensure this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of human error.

Payments:

1. All payments are done through our Happy Treasure Secure Online Checkout System. Our site supports secured socket layer (SSL) based transactions from a browser to the level of 128 bit.
2. All payments are pre-paid.
3. Happy Treasure accepts credit cards (Visa & Mastercard), PayPal, Direct Deposit and Money Orders.
4. All Prices exclude GST and are shown in Australian Dollars.  GST will not be added.
5. Please note that we do not store your credit card information on our server.
6. If the card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, we cannot hold goods against your order.

Delivery:

1. Happy Treasure is able to deliver to "most" areas in Australia and internationally, we use Australia Post. Some larger items and depending on destination are shipped with selected leading nation wide couriers such as FedEx and UPS. We strive for prompt and safe shipping.
2. Products lost in transit will be replaced upon completion of investigation with Australia Post or other courier company.
3. We do not allow pickups from our office.
4. Because we are a multi vendor seller, we ask for 14 days shipping time from the date of payment, although in most cases delivery is much quicker than this. Warranty and Returns

1. Your satisfaction is our number one priority at Happy Treasure. If you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, we will organise an exchange for you.
2. Products damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of product.
3. Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by Happy Treasure.

7. Happy Treasure is not responsible for any products returned without a Return Authorisation number.
8. Happy Treasure is not liable where any defect, loss or damage is caused to the Product during delivery or shipping.
9. Refunds and returns or replacements do not include postage and/or handling charges and all such charges are at the expense of the Customer.
10. Where a refund is authorised, there may be a delay of up to and possibly exceeding, 28 days from the authorisation date.

Refunds

1. We will offer a refund only if we are unable to replace the item and if we are contacted within 30 days from the invoice date. No refunds are offered after 30 days.
2. No refunds offered if you have changed your mind about the goods.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds will be issued by direct deposit, credit card, cheque or PayPal.
5. Refunds will only be issued to the extent required by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) and Sale of Goods Act 1958 (VIC).

What Happy Treasure will do in the event of a legitimate claim
Happy Treasure will, in its absolute discretion:

1. replace the Product a maximum of two (2) times at the Customer’s request;
2. supply an equivalent Product; or
3. pay for the cost of replacing the Product or acquiring an equivalent Product.
4. However, Happy Treasure will not issue refunds in the event that the customer changes his or her mind. Refunds will only be issued to the extent required by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) and Sale of Goods Act 1958 (VIC). Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is to be taken as an express or implied repudiation of the Seller’s obligations under these pieces of legislation.

Quotations and Orders:

1. Any quotation given by the Seller to the Customer is not an offer or obligation to sell but an invitation to treat only. Because stock levels are subject to rapid variation, the Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any order it receives.
2. Note: Being an Internet store from time to time we make honest mistakes. It is a condition of sale that if such errors occur, we reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any transaction at our discretion.
